This page explains what information Events by Steph collects through this website, how it's used, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, reach out at steph@eventsbystephne.com and I'm happy to explain further.

Information I collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, I collect the information you enter: your name, email address, event date, event type, location, and any details you share about your day. I don't collect payment information, phone numbers, or any other personal information through this site.

How I use it

I use this information only to respond to your inquiry and talk through your wedding coordination needs. I don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

A few outside services help run this site, and each one handles a small piece of the process:

• FormSubmit — processes contact form submissions and delivers them to my inbox. Your form details pass through their service to reach me.
• Google Analytics — helps me understand how visitors find and use this site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This only runs if you accept the cookie banner shown when you first visit — it's off by default.
• GitHub Pages — hosts this website. Like any web host, it may log standard technical information such as IP addresses as part of normal server operation.

Cookies

This site uses cookies only for analytics, and only after you've accepted the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no tracking data is collected. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which will bring the banner back on your next visit.

How long I keep your information

I keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we move forward, to plan your wedding. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, just ask.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time what information I have on file for you, ask me to correct or delete it, or opt out of analytics tracking. Email steph@eventsbystephne.com with any request like this and I'll take care of it directly.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I'll update this page and revise the date at the top.
