Hi, I'm Steph!
By day, I'm a Technical Lead in the software engineering world, where I've spent the last 10 years solving complex problems, managing projects, and helping teams bring ideas to life. My career has taught me how to stay calm under pressure, think ahead, communicate clearly, and keep countless moving pieces on track: skills that translate surprisingly well to wedding days.
More than anything, I genuinely love helping people. I've always been the person who notices the little things: the details others might overlook, the moments happening in the background, and the small touches that make people feel cared for.
That's what drew me to wedding coordination. I love being able to step into the background and create a sense of calm for couples during a day that can feel overwhelming. Knowing that I can take some of that weight off their shoulders and give them the freedom to truly experience their wedding day is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
And yes, I love weddings so much that there is a very good chance I'll tear up during your ceremony. Fair warning.
Fun Facts
A little more about me.
- I'm a summer person. I married my husband on the first day of summer, in our backyard, so sunny celebrations and outdoor weddings will always hold a special place in my heart.
- Fantasy books are my happy place, and I'm almost always in the middle of several series. My love for Lord of the Rings even made its way into my own wedding day.
- You'll rarely find me without coffee nearby. An iced caramel macchiato is my go-to, no matter the season.
- I'm a dog mom to Sam and Chip, my two constant sidekicks and the official supervisors of everything happening in our home.
- I love a good DIY project. My husband and I are always finding ways to make our home feel more personal, and there's hardly a corner that hasn't been touched by one of our ideas.
