Wedding Coordination

For couples who want the peace of mind that comes from knowing every detail is cared for.

Why Work With Me

Stress Less. Celebrate More.

You've spent months making decisions, planning details, and creating a day that feels like you. When the wedding day arrives, you deserve to be part of the celebration, not the person making sure it all happens.

That's where I come in.

I work to keep everything organized, communicate with your vendors, and make sure the plans you've spent so much time creating come together beautifully.

While I'm taking care of the moving pieces, you get to be present for the moments that matter: the nerves before walking down the aisle, the laughs with your favorite people, and that moment when you look around, take it all in, and think, "We did it."

Your wedding day only happens once. My goal is to make sure you get to experience every second of it.

How It Works

From our first call to your last dance.

01

Initial Consultation

We hop on a call, talk through your plans, and from there, you have someone in your corner for questions, guidance, and support.

02

About 3 Months Out

We dive into the details, build your timeline, and start making sure every piece of the day is covered.

03

The Month Of

We finalize the details, connect with your vendors, and make sure everyone is on the same page.

04

Your Wedding Day

You've done the planning. Now it's time to celebrate. I'll be there making sure the details are taken care of so you can be fully present for it.
