- Be the one point of contact for questions from vendors, guests, and family, so they don't come to you
- Cue the ceremony: lining up the wedding party, signaling the processional, directing the flow
- Keep the timeline on track in real time, adjusting as things naturally shift
- Oversee the reception flow: toasts, first dance, cake cutting, all cued at the right moment
- Make sure the couple has time to eat, hydrate, and enjoy the celebration

Do you coordinate rehearsal too, or just the wedding day?
Absolutely. Walking through the ceremony flow with your wedding party ahead of time helps everyone feel confident and ready on the day, and it's included with every full day-of coordination package.
Do you help with vendor selection, or do we need to have vendors already booked?
If you already have vendors booked, I'll connect with them ahead of your day to make sure everyone's aligned. If you're still deciding, I'm happy to share recommendations from vendors I've personally worked with and trust, but you'll be the one to book with them directly.
What if we already have a day-of coordinator through our venue?
Many venues offer a venue coordinator, but their job is to look out for the venue, not for you. I work exclusively for you and your vision, managing your vendors, your timeline, and the details that a venue coordinator typically won't cover.

Yes, I carry liability insurance and am happy to provide proof of coverage if your venue requires it.
